I like sauna too but I haven't done it for quite some time. Have no time - busy with kids :)

Finland has given the world a wonderful thing in the sauna. We love to take a suana, especially in the dreary midst of winter.

In 2 wek visit to Finland I went to sauna nearly every day, and LOVED it. Favourite was by a lake, and plunging afterwards (nude) into the lake, then barbecuing sausages and drinkign beer afterwards. .
