Fireworks

I tried my best to capture the fireworks from my balcony window. Alas, I didn't get my timing right or angle right. This is from Helsinki harbour.
In Singapore, it is not allowed for the public to shoot 'rockets' or other kinds of fireworks. Only ordinary sparklers are allowed. Here it is different and also at times dangerous when everyone tries to get in on the act and some don't do it responsibly.

This year the Esplanade had fireworks for the New Year Countdown. I saw part of it from my window :-)
